Yuna Han
Former platform lead for a Jeolla-based commerce group; now designs release literacy programs for Deploy Strategy Digital. Yuna focuses on teaching teams to argue from incomplete evidence without performing confidence they do not have.

FAQ
Do I need a full SRE team to benefit?
No. Most cohorts are product engineers and tech leads at companies without a dedicated SRE org. You do need access to at least one production dashboard or log view.
What tools do you teach?
We stay tool-agnostic. Exercises use exported screenshots and CSV-style summaries so the habits transfer whether you use Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, or something home-grown.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not teach you how to instrument a greenfield observability stack from zero. If your services emit almost no metrics today, you will need parallel instrumentation work; this course assumes you already have imperfect data to interpret.
Are sessions recorded?
Live modules are recorded for enrolled learners. Office-hour pair reviews are not recorded to keep the conversation candid.
